In spite of the pressure of looming holidays, Diligent scheduled our inspection quickly to accommodate the need to fit a tight time frame. The inspection is thorough and the report is very well presented and clear. It provides us with the next steps for moving forward in our purchase of our new home. This was my first home inspection and I guess over the years I've come to lack faith in service providers in general, so I expected far less. Diligent really impressed me with their thorough and empirical approach, EXCELLENT communication, and willingness to address and comment on specific concerns which I had, some of which were outside the typical scope for a home inspection. I really can't recommend them enough, and will insist on their services if I buy another home in the future.

They were very professional in the pre, during, and post inspection. They called to confirm my scheduled inspection. Payment was easy as they had a link that was convenient. On the day of the inspection, I wanted to come and they were thorough on all the different items that needed to be fixed on the house. They were professional and the report I received was easy to understand! I would highly recommend them.

Extremely professional and thorough. Their software system is state of the art and gives you a full 40 page report about an hour after the inspection. Kyle was very friendly and walked us through everything. Highly recommend. Great experience from start to finish.

Our home inspector, Daniel, was extremely thorough and walked us through every point on the inspection report so we could understand clearly what needed to be addressed. The reports that Diligent provides are super helpful and provide context for those folks like myself who aren't experts in home construction and safety issues - they explain WHY something is called out as a safety or quality concern. They also run a full recall check on all appliances in the home, a nice add-on service for no cost. I would highly recommend Diligent for any home inspection needs!

Rich Taylor was the inspector from Diligent we worked with and he was FANTASTIC! The electronic report you receive with the findings is organized and easy to read. I found the summary portion at the beginning of the report extremely helpful to understand what the inspector thought was most important. I also like that they include a rating of complexity for solving the issue as well as urgency in completing the repair. This makes it easy as the homeowner to prioritize the items in the report. Diligent has been awesome! Their turnaround time for scheduling is quick and easy. The owner of the company, Michael, went out and picked up some equipment for my buyers, and called me to discuss the results. Gabby responded to my emails promptly! The inspectors have been thorough and descriptive. I have really enjoyed working with the wonderful staff at diligent. This company has something special to offer its customers.
